📖 About SNACK & WARP Mini Game

SNACK & WARP is a grid-based puzzle game where you guide a worm that grows longer with every apple it eats. Across 67 levels, your job is to collect all apples, meet crate-switch requirements, and steer your worm onto the purple exit tile. It loads instantly in any browser on PC, phone, or Chromebook with no download required. Controls are arrow keys, WASD, or touchscreen swipe.

Every apple adds a body segment, and that extra length is your main obstacle. Blade apples slice your worm into two equal halves you can switch between freely. One worm holds a button or jams a saw blade while the other pushes crates through paired portals. There is no timer, but three-star ratings reward tight, efficient pathing. Press Z to undo any move—trial and error is built into the design.

💡 SNACK & WARP Pro Strategies & High Score Walkthrough

TIP #1

⚡ Trace Your Full Route Before Eating

Apples add body segments permanently. Before grabbing one, mentally trace whether your longer tail can still make the required turns ahead. A single early apple in the wrong order can block the exit corridor entirely.

TIP #2

⚡ Split Timing With Blade Apples

Blade apples cut your worm into two equal halves at the point of contact. Position yourself so the split leaves each half near the task it needs to perform—one near a button, the other near the remaining apples or crates.

TIP #3

⚡ Use One Worm as a Living Obstacle

After splitting, park one worm on a pressure button or directly in front of a saw blade to neutralize it. Then switch to the other worm with Q and explore freely. Your parked worm stays put until you move it.

TIP #4

⚡ Push Crates Through Portals for Remote Placement

Lift a crate by walking your head into it, then push it onto a portal tile. It teleports to the paired portal on the other side of the grid. Use this to place crates on distant buttons without routing your worm there.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions About SNACK & WARP

How exactly does the blade apple split my worm?+

When your worm eats a blade apple, it divides into two worms of equal length at the eating point. Both worms remain on the grid and you can switch control between them using Q or the 1/2 keys. Each worm moves independently and retains its own body segments.

What determines whether I earn one, two, or three stars on a level?+

Star ratings are tied to move efficiency. The fewer moves you use to collect all apples and reach the purple exit, the higher your star count. Undo does not penalize you, so use it liberally to test shorter paths before committing.

My worm is boxed in by its own tail—how do I recover?+

Press Z to undo your last move. You can keep pressing Z to step back as far as you need. If you want a clean slate, press R to restart the entire level. There is no penalty for undoing or restarting.

How do paired portals interact with crates and worms?+

Pushing a crate onto a portal tile sends it to the matched portal elsewhere on the grid. Your worm itself does not teleport through portals—only crates do. Use this to place crates on buttons or bridge gaps in areas your worm cannot physically reach.
